The company Recuperare Active, operating through the get-stranding.com platform, provides specialized consulting services for the recovery of financial assets blocked in international accounts or involved in cross-border disputes. Our services include case analysis, legal enforcement strategies, and financial mediation procedures. We do not guarantee the final outcome of recovery processes, as this depends on legal and factual factors specific to each case.
Client's Obligations: The Client is obliged to provide complete, accurate, and verifiable information regarding the asset situation and counterparties. Any intentionally provided erroneous information may lead to the immediate termination of the contract.
Recuperare Active's Obligations: We commit to providing services with professionalism and diligence, in accordance with applicable legislation. We will transparently communicate the progress and any significant obstacles encountered.
Our liability for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the provision of services is limited to the value of the fee paid for the respective case. We are not responsible for the decisions of judicial authorities or for losses caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
Fees are established by contract and may include a fixed component and/or a success-dependent component. Any change in fees will be communicated at least 30 days before it takes effect.
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing, with 14 days' prior notice. In case of termination, the Client remains obligated to pay for services actually provided up to the date of termination.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. The updated version will be published on this page. Continued use of the services after publication constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
